Global classes

Class Vote Definition
Founding Member Yes Limited to 21. Guardians of the Charter. Each names a nominee.
Life Member Yes Not for sale. Requires two years as a Waymaker or one executive term, a fee, and a vote of approval.
Executive Member Yes Held by election. Includes the President and committee officers.
Donor Member No Recognition for giving. No voting rights.
Organizational Member No A partner organization. Must be tied to a home hub. Cannot stand for executive office.
Honorary Member No Awarded. Not an office.
Dependent No Linked to a voting member. May join missions. No additional vote.

Founding and Life

Members who already hold a voting seat.

Country nomination

Two or three people a year from the leadership of each Country Hub.

Individual hub seat

One seat a year from the strongest Individual Hub, so countries without a Country Hub are not excluded.

Fees

Every payment is split. The hub receives the larger share.

Membership fees, nomination fees, and Life, Donor, and Organizational fees follow this split. Changing the ratio is a major amendment and requires Founding approval.

Inside a hub

Members elect the Executive. The Executive appoints people for the work.

A person may hold one executive seat at a time. On promotion, the previous seat is vacated. The term is one year, with a maximum of two consecutive terms. Members under 18 vote only inside a Junior Hub.
