Hubs
A hub is how WAY arrives in a place. Gather 21 people, elect three officers, and begin the work. Choose your own name. All hubs stand as equals.
Requirements
A regular hub needs 21 people aged 18 or over. There is no upper age limit.
President, General Secretary, and Treasurer, elected by members. A nomination fee is required.
The Executive appoints people for Act, Learn, and Connect. That is a duty, not a separate office.
Active status
It has 21 members, an elected executive, people appointed for Act, Learn, and Connect, at least two of those streams underway, one completed mission with proof within 60 days, points recorded in the current month, and no unpaid remittance.
Five active hubs in one country, regardless of naming style. Until then, each hub is Individual and reports directly to Global.
Junior Hub
A Junior Hub needs 21 junior members, its own executive, and one adult advisor. Credit and recognition are the same. Junior members do not vote at Country or Global, and Junior Hubs do not count toward the five-hub threshold.

| Work | Points | Awarded to |
|---|---|---|
| Mission completed with proof, 30 days | 50 | Waymaker and hub |
| Mission completed with proof, 60 days | 35 | Waymaker and hub |
| Documented benefit to people outside the hub | +30 | Waymaker and hub |
| Learning session with notes | 20 | Host and hub |
| New Waymaker active for 30 days | 15 | Referrer and hub |
| Joint mission with another hub | 25 | Both hubs |
Three standings are published: total points, points per Waymaker, and best Act, Learn, and Connect. Rising Hub is a separate ranking so a new hub is not compared only against a larger one.
Directory
A hub is listed once it has 21 members, an elected executive, and work underway. If you are gathering people now, apply — that is how the first listing will appear.
