Twenty Founding seats are open. The Executive runs the work. Founding Members guard the Charter. The same structure at every level — Hub, Country, and Global.
The split
Day-to-day
Members elect three officers. Those officers run operations and appoint the people who carry out missions.
The rules
Twenty-one seats. They approve major and rule changes. They do not appoint officers, run missions, or manage accounts.
Bodies by level
The three Executive seats are the same at every level: President, General Secretary, and Treasurer. A nomination fee is required. The term is one year. Two consecutive terms in the same seat is the maximum. A person may hold one executive seat at a time.
The basic unit
Executive — 3 seats, elected
Runs Act, Learn, and Connect. Until five live hubs exist in the country, the hub is Individual and reports to Global.
After five live hubs
Executive — 3 seats, elected
Coordinates national joint work. Each year the Country leadership may name two or three people for the Global Executive nomination pool.

Nominees
Each Founding Member names one nominee, aged 18 or over, in writing.
On death or incapacity, that person takes the same seat. It is not a 22nd seat.
A nominee has no vote before the seat is activated. There is no election first.
